About us

Alterclaim specializes in high-risk, overdue receivables that companies are about to write off. We work with international B2B receivables of €20,000 and more — where standard collection has stopped working.

Our experience

Alterclaim grew out of years of experience in managing high-risk receivables and credit control. Our approach is built on working with cross-border receivables — from analysis to commercial negotiations.

Over the years, we have built a process that starts from understanding the business relationship, not from automated reminders.

What sets us apart

No legal action. We don't file lawsuits, don't hire lawyers and don't pressure debtors. We work through commercial negotiations — a direct conversation with the other side.

Transparency. Our pricing is public: €150 for the initial collectability assessment, plus 10% of what we actually collect. No hidden costs. If the assessment shows there is no room for collection — we will tell you openly.

Discretion. All information about clients, debtors and cases is kept strictly confidential. We don't share it with third parties and we don't use it for marketing purposes.

Who we work with

We work with companies in IT, engineering, manufacturing and trade that have unpaid receivables from foreign companies of €20,000 and more.

We don't handle receivables below €20,000, we don't do mass collection, and we don't take legal action.

Our approach

We believe every receivable has its own story. There are contracts, relationships, previous communication and circumstances that need to be understood before the other side is even contacted.

That is why every case starts with analysis — not with a reminder. Once we understand the context, we define the approach that suits the specific case.

Because a receivable is not just a number. Behind it is a business relationship that can be worth more than the collection itself.

Alterclaim specializes in commercial debt collection for international B2B receivables. We do not provide legal services and are not a law firm. For legal action, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
