Services — International B2B debt collection
Alterclaim specializes in collecting high-risk international B2B receivables for companies. We don't do mass collection, we don't take legal action and we don't pressure debtors. We work individually — one case, one analysis, one approach.
What we do
International B2B debt collection for receivables of €20,000 and more. We focus on receivables that have become high-risk — when standard collection stops working and you're approaching a decision on write-off or legal action.
Our services
Collectability assessment
The first step in every case. We analyse the receivable, the documentation and the history of the business relationship. On that basis, we assess whether the case has realistic room for collection.
If the assessment shows there's no room, we won't persuade you to continue. An honest answer is part of the service.
Commercial negotiations with the debtor
When the assessment shows the case is worth pursuing, we move to direct communication with the other side. The goal is to reach a solution through conversation — without legal action, without pressure, without escalation.
An individual approach for each case
Every receivable is different. There are contracts, relationships, previous communication and circumstances that need to be understood. We don't apply templates — every case gets the approach that suits it.
Discretion and confidentiality
All information about clients, debtors and cases is kept strictly confidential. We don't share it with third parties and we don't use it for marketing purposes.
