HIGH-RISK INTERNATIONAL B2B RECEIVABLES OF €20,000 OR MORE

When standard collection stops working.

We assess each case individually — from the nature of the receivable and the business relationship to the people who may be able to influence the outcome.

Through direct communication and commercial negotiation, we look for a way forward before you decide to write the receivable off or take legal action.

When a receivable becomes more than an unpaid invoice

An international B2B receivable can become a problem long before it reaches a lawyer or a court. When standard collection efforts fail, you need to understand what is really happening — and who on the other side can make a decision.

Standard collection is no longer working

Repeated emails and reminders no longer change the situation.

The receivable has a business context

There are contracts, relationships, prior communication, and surrounding circumstances to consider.

You need to reach the right people

The conversation is not always only with accounting or the Accounts Payable team.

One case. One analysis. One individual approach.

01

We understand the case

We analyse the nature of the receivable, the available documentation, and the history of the relationship.

02

We assess the relationship

We review the business context, previous communication, and relevant circumstances.

03

We reach the relevant people

We identify the people who can actually influence the outcome.

Is this your case?

For companies that do not want to write off a receivable before making one more serious attempt — but in a different way.

  • International B2B business
  • A receivable of €20,000 or more
  • Standard collection efforts have not worked
  • The receivable is becoming high-risk
  • A decision on write-off or legal action is approaching
  • You want an individual approach, not mass collection

If most of these points apply to you, we may be able to help.

  • No fee if nothing is collected.
  • No hidden costs.
  • If the assessment shows that the case has no realistic prospect of collection, we will not encourage you to proceed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the collection process take?

It depends on the case — from a few weeks to a few months. We do not promise deadlines in advance, because every case is different. What we can promise is that you will always know where your case stands.

What if you cannot collect?

You will receive an honest answer. If the assessment shows that there is no realistic prospect of collection, we will tell you openly. Your only cost will be the assessment fee of €150.

Do you handle receivables below €20,000?

No. We focus on high-risk international B2B receivables of €20,000 and above. For smaller receivables, we recommend other collection channels.

Do you work with all countries?

We work with cross-border B2B receivables. Send us the basic information and we will tell you whether we can help with your case.

How is your service charged?

€150 for the initial collectability assessment, plus 10% of the amount actually collected. No fee if nothing is collected. No hidden costs.
